About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work closely with service management to help them get the best out of their teams and address people issues in a timely and proactive manner.

The Human Resources department aims to guide managers to ensure the smooth running of our services. As part of the team the successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a real difference.

What will you do?

  • Provide busines partner guidance on all areas of HR work and service work
  • Identify opportunities that progress the business objectives
  • Proactively pre-empt potential issues before they progress
  • Roll out processes and associated changes across the services
  • Work closely with managers to ensure the best people are recruited
  • Ensure that we are sharing good practice and addressing any work performance issues promptly
  • Analyse monthly reports and work with management to make improvements.
