About Fife Services

Fife services support individuals in their own homes and in the community by providing a cutting edge outcome focussed service. We support a broad range of customers with different needs including learning and physical disabilities. Our aims are to promote independence and ensure customers are empowered while being safe and protected.

Fife services is made up of a number of projects and each project has a Team Leader on site. The Team Leader provides support, supervision and mentoring to staff. We have an on-call emergency system in place for out of hours needs. Staff within the services work in a shift pattern and rotas are published in advance to support good work life balance.

About the role

We are looking for a Service Manager who will lead the service and support the team. You will ensure our customers continue to receive exceptional person-centred support. Growth is important to us and you will be a champion of the local community, with the curiosity, vision, and confidence to search for and nurture service growth. You should be someone who is keen to implement innovation while maintaining a positive environment. This role is a gift for someone who wants to put a vision into practice.

You should be;

  • Someone able to demonstrate passion and commitment to our values and cause
  • An exceptional leader with social care and management experience
  • Committed to providing accessible services and understanding of the complexities this presents across Fife
  • Able to drive with a full driving licence* (we will consider alternative arrangements that achieve the same outcomes for candidates who have a disability that prevents them from having a driving licence)
