Key Requirements

As part of our dynamic team, you will be involved in working with us to make Demi-Lee's life fulfilling and support her with daily living.

What is important for Demi-Lee is your ability to build and maintain a positive relationship.

We provide extensive training and support to our staff, so whilst years of experience are nice, it's not necessary. However, good values are essential and an understanding of disability is useful. If you're the kind of person who wants to build a relationship with Demi-Lee and help her achieve her goals, we want to hear from you.

You will also need a Full Driving Licence to be considered (we will consider alternative arrangements that achieve the same outcomes for candidates that have a disability that prevents them from having a driving licence).
