We are looking to recruit energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated support worker to join our creative dynamic team providing care and support to those adults who access our service.

You will be required to undertake a key working role, supporting Individuals who attend the service. The role involves a degree of physical activity, which includes pushing wheelchairs and providing physical support to individuals including personal care (intimate care), as well as health related practices including mealtime assistance and administration of medication where required.

We believe in lifelong learning and sharing skills. For this reason, we are seeking individuals interested in pursuing a career in the care sector, with added personal skills, passions and interests which they are willing to share with others.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role and environments needed, however enthusiasm to learn and develop skill is just as important.
  • Willingness to undertake any personal development opportunities.
  • Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of those we support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
  • A care related SVQ Level 3 (or the willingness to gain this qualification in a given timescale).
  • The ability to work as part of a  team and on your own initiative

Service Details

Rosiebank & Tummel provides a care home service for adults with a physical and learning disabilities, which also includes respite services. It is part of a larger campus called Upper Springland which provides residential, short break and day opportunities for adults with physical and learning disabilities.
